Brad Egnor

Brad Egnor is the General Manager of all Food and Beverage Operations at Montaluce vineyards. He has 10 years experience working in large scale dining operations. Mr. Egnor has a Culinary Arts Degree from Johnson and Wales University in Denver, Colorado as well as a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Restaurant Management from The University of Tennessee with a minor in Business Administration. On his road to Montaluce he spent time as an Executive Chef at a bed and breakfast in Knoxville, Tennessee and also worked as a chef at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, Utah. Most recently he ran food and beverage operations for Caesar’s Entertainment and later performed food and beverage analytics for the strategic alignment at Harrah’s Casinos. Brad is excited about integrating Montaluce into the local food landscape in the Southeast and working closely with local businesses.
