Site Plan

Montaluce’s master plan has more than 300 home sites of unparalleled beauty. Lots range in size from 1 acre to over 3 acres and consist of some of the most beautiful lake, river, and vineyard front lots. A limited number of lots are currently being released. As part of the master plan, Montaluce will include a collection of cottages, villas, and estate homes.

2. Vineyards	Winemaking experts carefully sited 40+ acres of vineyards for optimum growing conditions.
