Before coming onsite for your Photo Session or Proposal please review our Photography Policy as well as make a location reservation using the link below and filling out any applicable forms.
Photography Policy
We encourage all guests to take personal photography while enjoying your time on our property. All images taken by guests, with a handheld camera or cellphone camera, are allowed free of charge, as long as the images and videos are used for personal, non-commercial purposes. Camera accessories that could potentially impede foot traffic are not permitted; this includes, but is not limited to, tripods, monopods, lighting setups, large reflectors, and staging shots.
For more extensive or non-guest photography and videography, a location reservation will apply. Location reservations can be made using the link below and availability will be dependent on our events calendar, day of the week, time of day, and desired locations.
Due to the volume of inquiries, all photography and videography requests must be made a minimum of one week prior to proposed shoot date. All participants will be required to complete a liability waiver, location reservation, and media release form, prior to the start of the shoot. You will be required to show all signed and co-signed documentation to on-site personnel.
Montaluce Winery & Restaurant has the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold or withdraw consent to photograph and video (or to reproduce photographs or video) of the winery and related property. Photographs may not be published, sold, reproduced, transmitted, distributed or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner whatsoever. All trademarks, service marks, logos, images, and facilities of Montaluce Winery & Restaurant are the sole property of Montaluce Winery & Restaurant and may not be used, reproduced, displayed or distributed without written consent.
